📋 Description

• Serve as the commercial driver for SoftExpert’s BPA offering • Generate, qualify, and guide opportunities through to sale • Conduct active prospecting within the existing customer base and new accounts • Support the Marketing team with commercial content, including customer pain points, use cases, and sales arguments • Open doors within accounts and schedule conversations with decision-makers and business units • Lead a consultative sales approach, connecting pain points, automation, and outcomes • Conduct an initial assessment of the customer’s processes and volumes • Hand over the qualified scope to the technical team (Automation Builders) • Follow opportunities through to closing and ensure continuity of the commercial relationship

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of business processes and key operational pain points across different areas, such as HR, Finance, and Legal • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) practices and process mapping, including BPMN notation • Ability to conduct an initial assessment of processes and volumes with customers and properly qualify opportunities • Sales experience with technology, BPM, ERP, or related solutions • Familiarity with the SoftExpert portfolio (SE Suite) or competing solutions • Experience prospecting process automation solutions is a plus • Postgraduate education and/or other certifications in process management, sales management, or related fields is a plus • Intermediate or advanced English is a plus
