📋 Description

• Define and evolve the solution vision and roadmap • Translate customer, market, and strategic needs into clear, prioritized requirements • Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog • Partner with development, UX, architecture, and stakeholder teams • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitors to guide improvements • Ensure the continuous delivery of value through agile methodologies • Support Support, Services, and Sales teams in understanding product features and evolution • Track usage, adoption, and quality metrics to support product decisions • Bridge business needs and the solutions developed by the team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Analyst • Experience managing and prioritizing a Product Backlog • Knowledge of requirements gathering and definition • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban • Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and business areas • Analytical mindset and product-oriented approach • Knowledge of Risk Management, Internal Controls, Auditing, and/or Compliance • A plus: experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms • A plus: experience working in regulated environments or environments subject to strict compliance requirements • A plus: experience with similar products in the market • A plus: experience with SaaS products • A plus: experience with low-code/no-code platforms • A plus: English proficiency for interacting with international customers and partners
