📋 Description

• Monitor competitors, including positioning, pricing, launches, and institutional activities • Produce regular battlecard, competitive analysis, and trend reports across Softplan’s operating territories • Track macroeconomic and regulatory indicators that impact the market, including public tenders, public policies, and developments in the government technology market • Develop market research questions for the Product team, translating business hypotheses into objective, testable research questions • Support Product teams in roadmap development and discovery through market evidence, benchmarks, and opportunity analysis • Participate in Product rituals, such as discovery and prioritization, representing the market and competitive perspective • Lead qualitative research in partnership with the Customer Success (CS) team, defining interview guides, hypotheses, and analysis criteria • Consolidate learnings from CS into market insights, identifying patterns related to churn, expansion, objections, and perceived value • Establish a recurring customer listening process to inform Marketing, Product, and Sales • Establish a recurring listening process with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams and incorporate the information into strategic reports • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into narratives and recommendations for leadership • Support the development of positioning, key messages, and sales arguments based on market evidence • Contribute market data to executive presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in market intelligence, research, product marketing, or related fields • Experience with qualitative research methodologies, including interview guides, interviews, and thematic analysis • Experience with quantitative research methodologies, including surveys and dashboards • Experience in B2B or B2G environments is a plus • Ability to work effectively across technical Product teams, Customer Success relationship teams, and Marketing/Sales business teams • Structured thinking • Analytical curiosity • Executive communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
