📋 Description

• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation routines, ensuring organization, accuracy and adherence to deadlines. • Verify, validate and process invoices and payment documents. • Support scheduling and execution of payments to suppliers, service providers and other obligations. • Monitor contractual deadlines to avoid charges from late or duplicate payments. • Issue and control customer receivables, boletos (bank payment slips) and client invoices. • Monitor collection deadlines and support collection actions (dunning schedule/collection workflow). • Post and reconcile receipts and support analysis of delinquent accounts. • Perform daily bank account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. • Verify ledger entries, bank fees and charges. • Support balance control and organize bank statements for accounting close. • Report inconsistencies and propose adjustments with the relevant departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or near completion in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. • Previous experience in accounts payable and/or treasury routines. • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial functions). • Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, Senior or similar). • Knowledge of cash flow and treasury management. • Knowledge of bank and accounting reconciliation procedures. • Experience with bank remittance and return files (CNAB).
