📋 Description

• Provide and manage the technical platform enabling Application Development teams to deliver and run business systems efficiently • Work with the Principal DevOps Engineer and groups including the Developer Community, Architecture, Central Platform Engineering, and delivery stream engineering teams • Enforce existing standards and contribute to their evolution • Ensure delivery stream teams effectively use available tooling and platform elements • Help upskill teams and maintain knowledge of platform tools and modern development practices • Deliver technical life-cycling changes and keep the development platform supported, capable, and evergreen • Help teams design and deliver systems meeting required non-functional requirements, emphasizing reliability, robustness, and maintainability • Assist teams in diagnosing and correcting platform and tooling issues • Collaborate with the Central Platforms team as necessary • Deliver software infrastructure and tooling to delivery projects • Define and evolve best practices and share learnings with other engineering teams
