📋 Description

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to enable self-organization and achievement of sprint goals • Demonstrate the value delivered by the teams and the Scrum Master role • Improve team-level work and wider processes with the Product Owner, business, and development/QA teams • Adapt the approach pragmatically rather than following Scrum rigidly • Coordinate the team's day-to-day work as coach, Scrum Master, or problem-solver • Facilitate communication and Scrum team ceremonies • Work with a dedicated team building innovative document management software for clinical research • Collaborate with Polish and British developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years of commercial experience in the Agile way of working • Readiness to act as a hands-on work coordinator who switches hats and adapts flexibly to challenges • Proven track record of demonstrating and communicating the value delivered by development teams and the Scrum Master role • Experience driving improvements beyond a single team's boundaries across processes involving the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and development and QA teams • Ability to think independently and pragmatically rather than rigidly following the Scrum Guide • Hands-on experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders • Experience presenting and advocating for solutions, driving change, and delivering root cause analysis • Ability to say no and keep workloads under control • Product development knowledge • People management skills • Agile Certification – Scrum.org
