📋 Description

• As a Delivery Manager you’ll orchestrate delivery of financial software solutions for international clients in banking, payments, WealthTech and insurance sectors. • Working with cross-functional teams including Architects, Product Owners and Business Analysts, you’ll manage projects involving cloud modernization, AI integration and digital transformation initiatives. • You’ll be responsible for roadmap planning, resource allocation, budget management and ensuring successful delivery in regulated financial environments where compliance, security and quality are critical. • Building and maintaining comprehensive project roadmaps spanning 3-6 months, aligned with business priorities and technical constraints • Planning and managing team composition and resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring optimal capacity utilization • Managing project budgets including cost estimation, burn rate tracking, financial forecasting, and profitability optimization • Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams to ensure alignment • Overseeing project scope, timelines, and deliverables for both fixed-price and T&M engagements • Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning • Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively • Managing monthly settlements, invoice preparation, and financial reconciliation with clients and team members

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a software house or IT services environment • Proven track record managing software development projects end-to-end, preferably in fintech or financial services • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in project budget management, P&L responsibility, and margin optimization • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with practical application in complex delivery environments • Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and roadmap development across multiple teams and projects • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate and influence without formal authority • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) and roadmapping platforms • Fluent English (min. B2/C1) – both written and spoken
