• Support execution of TOF campaigns across paid social, display, video, Connected TV, Direct Mail, Out of Home, programmatic, Podcasts, OTT, Satellite Radio, and Streaming Audio. • Partner with the TOF Performance Marketing Manager and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with briefs. • Manage timelines, specs, and deliverables across campaigns. • QA campaigns across platforms to ensure accurate targeting, creative, and tracking. • Implement and validate UTMs, pixels, call tracking, brand lift, and conversion tracking. • Maintain clean and consistent campaign tracking documentation and naming conventions. • Monitor performance and flag issues or opportunities for optimization. • Support reporting by pulling data and helping maintain dashboards. • Support measurement of TOF performance, including traffic quality, engagement, and downstream conversion signals. • Coordinate with creative and integrated marketing teams to ensure assets meet channel requirements. • Manage asset trafficking and version control across campaigns. • Share feedback on creative performance and testing opportunities. • Work with external partners to track deliverables and ensure high-quality execution. • Help maintain pacing trackers and performance reporting. • Support testing initiatives and new channel experiments.
• 3-4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a focus on TOF/awareness campaigns • Experience working across TOF channels such as: CTV, Linear TV, Podcasts, Broadcast Radio, Streaming Audio, Out of Home, Direct Mail • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as GA4, UTMs, and GTM pixels. • Bonus: Experience with agency collaboration, or in a fast-paced startup environment.
