📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the execution of maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, and corrective), ensuring adherence to the schedule and efficient backlog management. • Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring data quality and traceability of activities. • Support the technical team in decision-making through data analysis, activity prioritization, and planning of scheduled and emergency interventions. • Develop, maintain, and monitor operational dashboards and KPIs, ensuring data reliability and integrity. • Prepare periodic technical reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) with critical analysis of maintenance performance. • Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and propose corrective and preventive actions to increase reliability and reduce failures. • Act as the interface between field teams, engineering, maintenance, and procurement, ensuring alignment and smooth process flow. • Critically analyze maintenance orders and failure histories, proposing improvements to increase asset availability, reliability, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Control & Automation, or related fields. • Knowledge of planning and operation of solar power plants, SCADA systems, and O&M routines. • Experience with Power BI, Excel, SCADA, Fracttal, and Asana. • Desired profile: strong analytical skills, decisive decision-making, organization and workload management, planning, KPI management, proactivity, and commitment.
