• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted campaigns. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. • Understand customer needs and present solutions that align with their goals. • Provide accurate and timely product information, pricing, and proposals. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that meet revenue targets. • Use CRM tools to track opportunities, update account details, and generate performance reports. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. • Share product knowledge and technical expertise to assist customers in making informed decisions. • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, regulatory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field preferred. • Proven success in business development, inside sales, or account management (chemical industry experience is a plus). • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
