📋 Description

• Support customers in identifying technical specifications and determining the required documentation • Prepare engineering drawings, production specifications, schedules, and contract amendments • Create application notes describing the use of products in customer applications • Develop test applications for modules, including customized components • Conduct complex trials for product positioning, application optimization, and customer problem-solving • Carry out special product deployments to secure revenue • Conduct, evaluate, and interpret practical product trials • Handle technical customer inquiries and complaints regarding product applications and cleaning processes • Technically optimize equipment and equipment components and train operating personnel • Provide regular service to major customers and maintain customer relationships • Perform microbiological sampling • Consider customer profitability through technical process optimization • Contribute to projects harmonizing products and applications • Conduct process trials for product changes at manufacturing sites • Prepare reports and work instructions for customers • Conduct performance comparisons with competing products in practical trials • Deliver training for system consultants and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Training in brewing, beverage, food, or dairy processing, or an equivalent qualification • Chemical and technical knowledge • Sound understanding of hygiene principles • Experience in application engineering is preferred • Very good knowledge of the food industry • Residence within the area of responsibility • Enjoyment of customer interaction and a confident manner when dealing with customers • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment • Reliability and an independent working style • Ability to work successfully as part of a team • Enthusiasm, ambition, and commitment • Submission of a résumé, cover letter, and certificates
