• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within facility management, cleaning equipment, or service industries • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills • Experience working in a matrix organisation across multiple teams or countries • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to managing growth • High motivation, accountability, and a passion for achieving results
