📋 Description

• Identify and target potential clients within the automotive repair industry. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies. • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific challenges and goals of prospective clients. • Present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Identifix in meeting those needs. • Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of Identifix software to decision-makers. • Lead the negotiation process, addressing client concerns and objections, and working to close deals. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success. • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates and reports to the sales leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the automotive or vehicle repair industry. • Strong understanding of the automotive repair industry and the challenges faced by repair shops. • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
