• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise dealers • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of services • Analyze account performance to identify opportunities for growth • Partner with auto dealers to foster strong relationships • Support the sales team by understanding products and services • Stay informed about industry trends • Ensure a best-in-class customer experience by supporting onboarding • Utilize Salesforce.com to document and streamline the sales process • Effectively manage your time and activities to meet customer needs.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role • Strong customer-centric approach • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to adapt to changing environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in technology and tools including Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and LinkedIn • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Willingness to travel up to 75% depending on the size of the region.
