📋 Description

• Provide technical support to customers using the digital payroll platform • Identify and resolve technical issues related to digital payroll • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support • Document and report technical incidents to the development team

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of payroll systems • Experience in technical support or customer service • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to solve problems efficiently and proactively
