📋 Description

• Assist with customer service by answering questions and providing information about products and services. • Prepare commercial proposals and send them to customers. • Follow up with customers to monitor proposal progress and business closure. • Update information in the sales system, including customer records, sales history, and business opportunities. • Support the sales team in preparing reports and presentations. • Monitor orders; send licenses by email; obtain quotations for consumable supplies; contact suppliers; control incoming invoices and attach them to orders; receive and dispatch materials; negotiate purchases of consumable supplies. • Assist with public bidding processes; conduct market mapping with manufacturers; monitor publications and search for bid notices; ensure compliance with the sales policy; create and update public-sector agencies and contacts in the CRM. • Register and update the company’s records with public-sector agencies. • Provide post-sales customer service, facilitating communication between customers and the company. • Keep order statuses up to date, including completed, closed, and canceled sales. • Manage CSP, MPSA, and Enterprise contracts, including openings, purchases, quotations, renewals, reconciliations, consumption reports, and invoice tracking. • Handle calls and work with small-business customers requiring a basic range of product lines. • Register opportunities with manufacturers; identify and assess customer needs; send commercial proposals; conduct follow-ups; close sales; update the ServiC system; provide post-sales support; and assist with the customer collections process when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Field of study: Business Administration, Accounting, Sales, Information Technology, or a related technologist program. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is required. • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
