⢠Provide consultative support via WhatsApp, phone, CRM and email; ⢠Present and sell wines, accommodations, experiences and events; ⢠Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions; ⢠Conduct sales follow-ups and recover opportunities; ⢠Perform post-sale follow-up and strengthen customer relationships; ⢠Keep the CRM up to date with complete, reliable records; ⢠Track targets, KPIs and progress of the sales funnel; ⢠Contribute to achieving the department's results.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, consultative selling or premium customer service; ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication; ⢠Consultative sales profile with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills; ⢠Organized, disciplined and accountable for deadlines and results; ⢠Autonomy and maturity to work 100% remotely; ⢠Comfortable using CRM, digital tools and technology; ⢠Availability to work full-time.
