📋 Description

• Manage, monetize, and expand a high-net-worth client portfolio, focusing on individual equity and portfolios starting at BRL 50 million in total assets • Conduct consultative asset allocation meetings aligned with each client's risk profile and financial objectives • Monitor macroeconomic scenarios and present comprehensive financial solutions, including fixed income, equities, funds, pension/retirement products, international products, and structured products • Prospect new clients and execute Member-Get-Member (referral) and networking strategies • Maintain ongoing relationships and ensure high client retention and satisfaction (NPS) • Expand assets under management and deliver results autonomously in a remote work model

🎯 Requirements

• Active certification: Ancord (AAI) or CEA / CFP® depending on role structure • Proven experience in investment advisory, Private Banking, or financial consulting at Mid or Senior level • Proven track record managing portfolios with at least BRL 50 million in AUM • Strong knowledge of investment products in domestic and international markets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence skills • Permanent residence in the State of São Paulo • University degree in Finance, International Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, Actuarial/Financial Sciences, Economics, or Financial Management • Preferred: CFP® or CGA certification; an active network in the HNW segment; experience working remotely with a delivery- and targets-oriented approach • More than 10 years of professional experience
