📋 Description

• Manage, grow and optimize a high-net-worth client portfolio, focusing on individual equity with portfolios starting at BRL 50 million in total AUM • Conduct consultative asset allocation meetings aligned with each client's risk profile and financial objectives • Monitor macroeconomic scenarios • Present comprehensive financial solutions, including Fixed Income, Equities, Funds, Retirement products, International products and Structured products • Prospect new clients and execute Member-Get-Member (MGM) and networking strategies • Maintain continuous, high-quality client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction (NPS)

🎯 Requirements

• Active certification: Ancord (AAI) or CEA / CFP® (depending on operating structure) • Proven experience in investment advisory, Private Banking or financial consulting at Mid or Senior level • Proven track record managing portfolios with AUM starting at BRL 50 million • Strong knowledge of investment products in domestic and international markets • Excellent communication, negotiation and emotional intelligence skills • Permanent residence in the state of São Paulo • Education: University degree; recommended areas include International Trade, Actuarial and Financial Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics or Finance • Professional experience: more than 10 years • Differentials: CFP® or CGA certification; active contact network in the HNW (High-Net-Worth) segment; experience working remotely with a delivery- and target-oriented approach
