📋 Description
• Brindar servicio al cliente vía correo electrónico y teléfono • Gestionar órdenes de compra en los sistemas de Solventum, incluyendo Dynamics • Analizar las órdenes abiertas y dar seguimiento a las entregas • Preparar información para las reuniones de seguimiento (Tier Meetings) • Establecer y mantener credibilidad y confianza con clientes internos y externos • Garantizar el procesamiento de órdenes y la resolución de casos en el menor tiempo posible • Servir como punto de contacto para brindar soporte a otras áreas
🎯 Requirements
• Licenciatura o grado superior • 1 año de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente • Experiencia o conocimientos de ERP: MS Dynamics, Esker, SAP o Salesforce • Inglés (deseable)
