📋 Description

• Brindar atención y soporte a clientes durante todo el proceso de servicio. • Coordinar citas, entregas, solicitudes y seguimiento de servicios. • Mantener comunicación constante con clientes, abogados, proveedores de salud y equipos internos. • Actualizar y gestionar información de clientes y casos de manera organizada y precisa. • Dar seguimiento a documentación y solicitudes para garantizar una experiencia excepcional al cliente.

🎯 Requirements

• Inglés avanzado (B2/C1) conversacional y escrito. • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Customer Service, Call Center, Client Support o roles similares. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente. • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y realizar seguimiento de procesos. • Experiencia en el sector legal, médico o de gestión de casos (deseable).
