📋 Description

• Gestionar interacciones en cinco canales: llamadas, chat en vivo, tickets, correos electrónicos y verificación de documentos. • Proporcionar información introductoria sobre productos y servicios a clientes nuevos y potenciales. • Resolver quejas e incidencias de manera efectiva. • Realizar seguimientos vía teléfono, chat o correo electrónico para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente. • Acceder y actualizar bases de datos con información precisa de cuentas. • Informar a los clientes sobre productos o servicios adicionales que puedan beneficiarlos. • Escalar consultas complejas al equipo correspondiente. • Actualizar registros de clientes después de cada interacción. • Mantenerse informado sobre los últimos productos y servicios de la organización.

🎯 Requirements

• Mínimo 6 meses de exp en Customer Service BPO • Estudios Baccalaureate / Middle Education • Idiomas Inglés - Avanzado
