📋 Description
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams • Track budgets, costs, and change orders • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items • Support procurement and project closeout processes
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in construction (Project Coordinator, Assistant, or Project Engineer) • Experience with RFIs, submittals, and document control • Exposure to cost tracking or budgets • Advanced English (C1+) • Strong Excel and organizational skills • Nice to have Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools
