📋 Description
• Realizar llamadas outbound para atraer y evaluar talento en el área de cuidado. • Atender referencias e inquietudes inbound, convirtiéndolas en entrevistas efectivas. • Coordinar y ejecutar entrevistas diarias. • Participar en ferias de empleo y eventos de reclutamiento. • Gestionar verificaciones de antecedentes y referencias. • Documentar procesos en sistemas internos y mantener registros actualizados. • Apoyar en la redacción de documentación y seguimiento de candidatos. • Transferir datos entre formatos para análisis y reportes.
🎯 Requirements
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento en EE. UU., preferiblemente en home care o health care. • Manejo de portales de empleo (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder). • Dominio de sistemas ATS y herramientas de Microsoft Office. • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
