📋 Description

• Apoyar procesos de reclutamiento, sourcing de candidatos, actividades administrativas y coordinación de personal • Buscar candidatos mediante LinkedIn, bolsas de empleo, redes sociales y ATS • Revisar hojas de vida y realizar entrevistas iniciales • Coordinar y programar entrevistas • Publicar vacantes • Dar seguimiento a candidatos, verificar referencias y realizar background checks • Actualizar información en ATS y manejar pipelines • Apoyar procesos de staffing para posiciones operativas y de hospitalidad • Mantener comunicación constante con candidatos y equipo interno • Realizar tareas administrativas relacionadas con reclutamiento

🎯 Requirements

• 1 a 2 años de experiencia en Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, Customer Service o Sales • Inglés avanzado verbal y escrito • Experiencia realizando entrevistas y llamadas a candidatos • Manejo de ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM o herramientas similares • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office, especialmente Outlook y Word • Excelente organización, seguimiento y atención al detalle • Experiencia en Boolean Search o sourcing (deseable) • Experiencia en staffing agencies (plus) • Estudios: Baccalaureate / Middle Education
