📋 Description

• Plan, develop, and execute field marketing activities across the Central and Eastern Europe region • Collaborate with the EMEA Field & Partner Marketing Director and regional sales leadership to implement marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets • Own strategic planning, tactical execution, and analysis of marketing programs using digital campaigns, social media, webcasts, events, email marketing, direct mail, and advertising • Create regional marketing plans to drive revenue growth directly and through partners and distributors • Organize and execute trade shows, conferences, workshops, and product launches • Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and align activities with sales objectives • Implement lead generation campaigns across online and offline channels • Develop regional brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations • Conduct market research and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs • Develop and manage regional marketing budgets to maximize ROI • Cultivate partnerships with local organizations, industry associations, and influencers • Represent the SonicWall brand across assigned regions and ensure consistent messaging • Guide regional sales teams, partners, distributors, and external agencies

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field or regional marketing roles • Experience in channel environments and the IT security industry is an advantage • Autonomous and structured way of working • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving • Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions as needed • Fluent in German and English
