📋 Description

• Work with enterprise systems, log analysis systems, and endpoint collection systems to investigate, identify, and neutralize cyber threats • Triage potential cyber threats occurring within customer environments • Escalate cyber threats to Tier 2 Threat Analysts for response and neutralization • Research emerging Indicators of Compromise/Attack, exploits, and vulnerabilities • Operationalize research findings to better protect customers • Complete assigned project work • Contribute to a team providing monitoring, detection, and response services

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working in a threat analysis role • Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity concepts • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills • Proven ability to think outside the box • Customer service orientation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive within a team environment and independently • Passion for information technology and cybersecurity • Natural curiosity and ability to learn new skills quickly • Innovative mindset and drive to contribute to a best-in-class cybersecurity service • Legal authorization to work in India without requiring employer sponsorship
