• As a Technical Recruiter specializing in full-stack development, AI, and other high-demand technical fields, you will lead our efforts to find top-tier talent. • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional candidates. • Collaborate closely with our engineering teams and leadership to ensure we build a diverse and talented workforce that supports our mission to drive transformative change through technology. • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Full-Stack Developers, AI Developers, and other key technical roles. • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates to maintain a pipeline of highly qualified talent. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, ensuring alignment with company values and culture. • Support the candidate journey from initial contact through offer acceptance. • Continuously improve recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in the hiring process. • Assist in the employee onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires. • Ensure compliance with HR policies, relevant labor laws, and company procedures. • Maintain and track key recruitment metrics, providing reports and insights to leadership. • Support recruitment for remote and global positions, ensuring compliance with international employment laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on full-stack development, AI, and similar technical roles. • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for complex, high-skill roles using creative, data-driven methods. • Strong understanding of the tech industry, including trends in software development, AI, and machine learning. • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), Asana, and social media platforms. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and startup-like environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. • Experience with international recruitment and understanding of global compliance issues is a plus.
