📋 Description

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. • Handle client follow-ups with professionalism. • Support internal teams by ensuring timely communication and scheduling alignment. • Organize, track, and update information accurately through data entry. • Assist in preparing simple reports, notes, and updates for team members. • Monitor and manage email correspondence to ensure timely responses. • Maintain organized records of schedules, client interactions, and administrative tasks. • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or coordination conflicts. • Support team members with general administrative tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field is not required, but preferred. • Equivalent experience will also be considered. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration, if you were to support Sozoroad directly. • Experience in administrative support, scheduling, or calendar management. • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues. • Comfortable with client interactions, including appointment setting and follow-ups. • Basic knowledge of office tools, scheduling platforms, or CRMs (preferred but not required).
