• Drive revenue growth with our new customers • Manage negotiations and contractual agreements with our executive and legal team • Grow your pipeline by working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Development • Prepare, present and close new business through a detailed reach-out plan • Listen to customers, identify what success means to them, and drive growth by helping them achieve their goals • Provide weekly feedback & forecasting on all account activity • Work closely with champions and stakeholders to develop proposals and business cases for large scale deployments • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development team to develop account-based marketing and sales plans • Build a deep understanding of Spare’s products and key markets
• Experience in consultative sales and/or consultative sales for government agencies (ideally 4+ years) • Experience selling complex software solutions • Passion for and interest in Urban Planning and/or Transit (or correlated areas) • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills) • Availability to travel frequently within Canada and the USA (20 to 30% of the time)
