📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the use of the agile methodology and for removing technical or business impediments that hinder the proper progress of the agile team's activities. • Responsible for supporting the team in managing the development project. • Carry out activities that remove internal and external impediments to the team that affect productivity and deliveries; • Create product and team reports according to the agile methodology in use; • Monitor, identify, document, escalate and follow up on the handling of internal and external impediments to the team that affect productivity and deliveries; • Work to resolve incidents opened related to applications supported by the team within the desired SLA, acting to clarify questions between the requester and the team, and monitoring and updating the client's service management tools; • Participate with the team in ceremonies and represent them whenever the team's presence is not required; • Collaborate with the client to validate the team's deliveries; • Request and follow up on necessary tasks with Infrastructure or other teams required for the team's work; • Facilitate all procedures for deploying solutions/improvements and fixes to production.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or another field related to software development or software engineering. • Professional experience as a Scrum Master or in IT project management using agile methodologies; experience with public sector contracts is a plus. • PSM or CSM certification. • Proven mastery of Azure DevOps (boards, sprints, backlog, dashboards). • Experience managing multiple teams/projects simultaneously. • Experience with contractual terms, deadlines and formal acceptance criteria. • Servant leadership, assertive communication and conflict mediation skills. • Proven experience applying agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum and Kanban.
