📋 Description

• Drive successful execution of complex projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery through scope definition, planning, resourcing, and progress tracking. • Create and execute complex plans for multi-release projects. • Engage stakeholders and provide internal and external reporting. • Establish and monitor project metrics and KPIs and generate reports for diverse audiences. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across project streams; develop strategies and escalate critical issues. • Cultivate stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, communicate transparently, and ensure alignment on project objectives. • Monitor project progress, provide feedback and mentorship, and address performance issues. • Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing within project teams and the project management competency branch. • Implement team-performance and professional-development initiatives, including training and mentorship for team members and clients. • Identify opportunities for project expansion and improvement and contribute to strategic planning and innovative solutions. • Participate in cross-functional discussions to align projects with organizational goals and strategic priorities. • Work on a Payment Orchestration Platform designed to optimize transaction processing, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a seamless user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing and delivering complex projects with teams of 20+ FTEs, using delivery excellence practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven stakeholder-management experience, including expectation management, conflict resolution, and project alignment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Experience coordinating and managing dependencies between multiple project streams. • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and coordinate communication across project streams. • Experience managing projects within Agile, Waterfall, and similar frameworks, including establishing frameworks from scratch. • Deep involvement in project competencies and best practices, including QA, development, business analysis, DevOps, and architecture. • Experience using data to identify improvement areas and optimize program performance. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Proactive, results-oriented approach. • Ability to work within the EU time zone (UTC+1/UTC+2).
