📋 Description

• Manage projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles. • Gather, understand, and document client requirements and objectives. • Coordinate internal teams and resources to support project success. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. • Communicate project updates, risks, challenges, and opportunities to clients and senior management. • Identify areas for improvement and help teams achieve better-than-spec outcomes. • Create and maintain project documentation, processes, and procedures. • Contribute to client-facing documentation that supports operational efficiency and scalability. • Support problem-solving and decision-making when project challenges arise.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager • Proven experience managing client-facing projects. • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines. • A big plus if the candidate has a project management certification and prior video project or marketing experience. • Strong ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions. • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing. • Include “Proj Manager Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented. • Are comfortable speaking on video calls. • Can work 8AM-5PM MST • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
