• Oversee the daily operations and financial performance of residential and/or commercial properties. • Manage property budgets, accounts payable/receivable, rent collections, and financial reporting. • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and vendor services. • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, forecasts, and expense tracking to ensure financial goals are met. • Lead property improvement, renovation, and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and stakeholders to manage project schedules, quality, and compliance. • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service level agreements are met. • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. • Resolve tenant concerns and operational issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction. • Prepare management reports, project updates, and financial analyses for ownership and senior leadership. • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and property performance. • Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and applicable local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in property management, with demonstrated project management experience. • Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management. • Experience managing renovation, construction, or capital improvement projects. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities simultaneously. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar platforms is an advantage. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is a plus. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
