📋 Description

• Develops and executes marketing plans and programs. • Drives revenue growth and expansion of company services • Serve as a trusted advisor, teammate, and advocate for assigned clients. • Helps build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. • Works with team to proactively address issues or escalations. • Responsible for identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. • Collaborate with quoting, engineering, and product teams to present competitively tailored solutions. • Works with team on contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and proposal development. • Drive Service Improvement Plans to enhance client experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct or indirect Account selling/customer-facing experience • Proven Account Selling skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships • Knowledge of Spectrotel products and services offered including Managed Services, Mobility, Connectivity, Cloud Services, and Professional Services. Training will be provided. • Highly meticulous, self-driven, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes • Strong blend of strategic business insight and technical expertise • Escalation management and timely Issue resolution • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Undergraduate degree
