• Respond to customer inquiries daily via chat, email, and social media. • Assist Smantry App users with troubleshooting and problem resolution. • Improve, expand, and translate the app's existing knowledge base. • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution for the internal support tool. • Actively engage with users to collect their feedback and suggestions for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. • Self-motivated and structured way of working. • Willingness to learn and understand the functionality of the Smantry App. • Flexibility and reliability in handling customer inquiries. • Advantageous: experience in customer service or client support.
