📋 Description

• Proactively source and identify potential ERA franchise partner candidates • Conduct high-quality outreach and professional conversations • Build and manage a structured, long-term candidate pipeline • Run nurture and follow-up campaigns over extended periods • Act as a professional recruitment representative toward ERA candidates • Own follow-ups, next steps, and candidate momentum • Document all activity clearly in CRM/recruitment systems • Work closely with ERA’s Country Managers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and later other regions • Recruit franchise partners for ERA Group’s international franchise network

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in recruitment, particularly in executive and franchise recruitment • Excellent English skills (spoken and written) – mandatory • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • High motivation, engagement, and personal ownership • Ability to work independently in a remote setup • Flexible mindset and willingness to adapt over long decision cycles • Comfortable engaging with senior-level professionals • Preferably based in Lahore or Karachi, but not mandatory
