• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar sales role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results • Comfortable working towards targets and performance metrics • Well-organized with strong CRM discipline • Experience working with Salesforce is strongly preferred • Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus
