📋 Description

• Build and execute a sales motion focused on developing strategic partnerships across key industries including manufacturing, construction, and retail • Identify, engage, and close partner-driven opportunities that create scalable go-to-market leverage • Lead outbound efforts to uncover new opportunities and shape partnership models • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales leadership to refine value props • Establish repeatable frameworks for partnership sales and shape how Spot AI approaches this channel

🎯 Requirements

• 3–9 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or a complex solution space • Owned outbound pipeline generation and can open doors with persistence and creativity • Skilled at multi-threaded, multi-stakeholder deals and can navigate complexity with ease • Strong track record of exceeding quota and an obsession with learning fast • Energized by building structure from ambiguity and iterating toward repeatable success
