📋 Description

• Receive and manage leads provided by the company. • Make outbound calls to truck owner-operators. • Gather necessary information to create detailed profiles. • Ensure a minimum of 15 profiles are completed each day. • Use CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records. • Communicate effectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of phone sales or customer service experience. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). • Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to multitask and meet daily targets. • Attention to detail for accurate profile creation. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
