📋 Description

• Join Sprinto in building the next phase of its outbound sales engine. • Support a high-value outbound motion with ~$400K–$600K AE quotas. • Partner closely with 2 AEs in-region. • Improve outbound performance, personalization, efficiency, and pipeline creation. • Ramp fast and operationally go on the floor by Week 3. • Create consistent pipeline and continuously improve work methods.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly confident on cold calls. • Sharp and concise in written communication. • Naturally curious in conversation. • Comfortable building trust quickly with prospects. • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, ChatGPT, and AI copilots. • Regional market familiarity - US/APAC
