📋 Description

• Building the next phase of Sprinto's outbound sales engine. • Not a traditional SDR role. • Partnering closely with AEs in-region, supporting a high-value outbound motion with ~$400K–$600K AE quotas. • Average deal sizes of $50K.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communicator. • Highly confident on cold calls. • Sharp and concise in written communication. • Naturally curious in conversation. • Comfortable building trust quickly with prospects. • Familiarity with tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outbound sequencing and enrichment tools - Clay, Zapier, ChatGPT and AI copilots. • Regional market familiarity - EMEA.
