📋 Description

• Develop standardized solutions for customers as part of a team of professionals • Research, isolate, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on problems for customer change events • Manage escalated events when necessary • Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems during implementation projects • Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and understand business objectives and goals • Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products • Track implementation project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and resolve scheduling issues • Conduct assigned tasks and work under moderate supervision with some independent judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules to produce desired results • Balanced mix of driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
