📋 Description

• Technical and factual assessment of maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles on behalf of our clients • Verification and recording of workshop services • Ensuring warranty and goodwill claims • Rejection of unnecessary and overpriced services • Communication with dealerships/workshops and clients • Handling complaints in coordination with the involved dealerships or workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified as an automotive master technician or mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification with professional experience in the automotive industry • MS Office skills • Flexibility and resilience • Quality awareness • Good and confident communication skills • Solution-oriented and reliable working style • Team spirit and a friendly demeanour
