📋 Description

• Lead digital and technology implementation projects from planning through successful delivery • Coordinate website implementation, migration, and integration initiatives • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps • Coordinate activities and dependencies between technical and business teams • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to align priorities and expected outcomes • Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies • Identify delivery challenges and coordinate mitigation actions • Ensure communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle • Prepare project status updates, dashboards, timelines, risk registers, and financial reports • Establish project governance and delivery controls • Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining visibility of priorities and deadlines • Provide updates to senior stakeholders and escalate critical risks or blockers • Participate in management and steering discussions • Cooperate with other Project Managers and improve project management practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in digital transformation, IT, software, or technology-driven environments • Strong track record delivering complex implementation or transformation projects • Experience working with multiple business and technical stakeholders • Experience across different countries, regions, or business units is advantageous • Practical understanding of Agile ways of working; SAFe familiarity is a plus • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills • Ability to independently drive projects and take ownership of delivery • Confidence working in international, cross-functional, and matrix organizations • Fluency in English at C1 level • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in parallel • Experience with project budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial reporting • Familiarity with standard project management and collaboration tools; Azure DevOps experience is advantageous • Experience with CMS and eCommerce is particularly relevant • Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow is nice to have • Experience with digital commerce or customer-facing web platforms is nice to have • Experience in large-scale website migration or integration projects is nice to have • Experience working with globally distributed teams is nice to have • Understanding of business and technical aspects of digital transformation projects is nice to have
