📋 Description
• Manage a team of approximately 10 to 15 sales agents • Oversee project operations • Ensure compliance with procedures and support the professional development of team members • Analyze individual and team performance and implement action plans to improve results
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of management experience • Native-level German speaker • Strong expertise in telemarketing • Previous experience in the personal insurance sector is a plus
