📋 Description

• Support client engagements under direction of Senior Consultant • Form and restructure business entities • Prepare governance documents • Execute mergers and reorganizations for financial advisors • Prepare and assemble deliverables from templates • Coordinate meetings, filings, and timelines • Keep projects organized and follow through on details

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Experience with CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce) • Comfortable coordinating with third parties • Accuracy and sound judgment in following established processes • Comfortable working in a primarily behind-the-scenes support role • Openness to giving and receiving feedback • Intellectually curious and driven to master complex material • Self-motivated go-getter • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of experience in a related field
