• Contribute to the implementation of staffing and recruiting processes, strategies and solutions • Source, recruit, screen and assess high volume of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools • Maintain accurate candidate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and spreadsheet • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Submit weekly hiring data reports • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing inspiring information about the company and position • Prepare candidate for each step in the hiring process • Assist with other duties as assigned
• High school or equivalent • 18 years or older • 1 to 3 years recent high volume, fast-paced experience • High energy and driven individual • Avid learner • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail • Successful track record of achieving targets including deadlines • Ability to multi-task and prioritize your work load • Bilingual Spanish a plus (Preferred Experience) • Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems - Paylocity experience is a Plus (Preferred Experience) • Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet search, Indeed, Chrome and browser extensions, Social Media, etc.) (Preferred Experience)
