📋 Description

• Support sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging candidates through various channels • Assist with recruitment operations, including job postings, hiring events, referral program administration, and general process support • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Talent Acquisition team to assist newly hired physicians through the onboarding process • Act as the central liaison between Talent Acquisition and key onboarding partners • Track onboarding progress, proactively follow up with stakeholders, and communicate status updates • Coordinate intake, tracking, and follow-up for contingent workforce needs

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required; some college coursework in Human Resources or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, onboarding, credentialing, or HR operations required • Healthcare experience strongly preferred, particularly in supporting clinical or multi-site environments • Experience supporting physician or provider hiring and onboarding strongly preferred • Previous sourcing experience strongly preferred • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems (Workday preferred), and Microsoft Office applications
