📋 Description

• Networking with healthcare professionals to staff project needs timely • Providing strategic support and client delivery to Hospital/RevTech team • Sourcing employees for specific assignments using job posting/search mediums • Networking and using social media to contact/search for applicants • Screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates • Acting as a liaison between client facilities and candidates • Ensuring compliance with all employment laws

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (orally and written) • Personable and professional • Strong, competitive, and goal-oriented nature • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Ability to retain information and can independently as well as in a team-setting • Proficient in Microsoft Suite • Ability to ask and answer open-ended questions • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving
