Requirements

β€’ High school diploma/GED. β€’ Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. β€’ Excellent phone and cold calling skills. β€’ Exceptional customer service skills. β€’ Strong listening and sales skills. β€’ Ability to achieve targets
